Ban Lim Pa Villa is known as 'The Cliff House' in Samui Island, and is located just outside of the fisherman village of Bophut. Ban Lim Pa Villa is one of two twin villas independent of each other, and equally furnished with modern facilities, services and amenities. You can either rent a villa individually or together.
Like most villas on Samui Island, Ban Lim Pa villa has comforting furnishings where you can relax either in the open air lounge terrace, in the TV room or around the swimming pool of Ban Lim Pa Villa. There are two bedrooms on the left of the pool, one on each floor and each with a romantic oval shaped Terrazzo bath tub and a separate shower and a private balcony.

The living and dining area of Ban Lim Pa Villa is spacious, has modern lounge sofas and chairs, a large dining area with a large dining table and there is a fully equipped kitchen. a Thai chef is always around to cook you your meals.
Ban Lim Pa Villa has a large 44" TV, DVD player, home theatre and satellite channels with a private cinema. All bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioners, TV and DVD players. There is a safe for your valuables in the master bedroom of Ban Lim Pa Villa.
Ban Lim Pa Villa is found in the Bophut hills area and is a 10 min drive from the airport and Chaweng. Rates are US$300 to $420 for the entire villa, inclusive of daily continental breakfast and WIFI broadband internet. Airport transfer, concierge services, baby sitting, car rentals with or without drivers and in-spa treatment can be arranged if required. However due to the steps leading to Ban Lim Pa villa, it is not recommended for the physically challenged, elderly guests and children to stay in this villa, for their safety sake.
The Big Buddha temple, Chaweng shopping centers and restaurants, dive center of Koh Tao and boat trips to outer islands are all in the vicinity, to keep you entertained during your stay in Ban Lim Pa villa.
