New Lapaz Villa: Overview
New Lapaz Villa, a cozy, Boutique –style beachfront resort is located on the beautiful Mae Nam Beach with stunning views in the direction of the facing Koh Phangan.
Maenam Beach is one of the best kept secrets on the island with its nearly 6 km long white, sandy beach. The waters are crystal clear offering great swimming, snorkeling and fishing.
New Lapaz Villa: Rooms Overview
Our accommodation consists of 47 Bungalows including new Suites and Deluxe Bungalows, all of them with private bathrooms and balconies, most of them with sea-view. Interiors may vary from the pictures as all the rooms are furnished individually.
Deluxe Beach Suite
We have 2 Deluxe Beach Suites, they are both located right on the beach with a big Private Beach Veranda and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The other one is with separated bedroom with King Size bed and a sofa, easily converted to single bed. Living room has additional sofa and a seating set. The second Suite has one big room with separated sleeping area with King Size bed and living area with seating set. Both have a spacious tropical-style bathroom with bathtub.These are perfect Suites for Honeymoon.
Deluxe Seaview Suite:
Our Deluxe Seaview Suite has same facilities as the Deluxe Beachfront Suites but with a big combined living and bedroom – King Size bed - with seating and sofa set. Tropical style “open-air” Bathroom with shower and Bathtub. Great seaview from the private terrace. Special Honeymoon Suite, romantic.
Deluxe Garden Bungalow:
Detached bungalows are located in a lush garden, just few steps from the sea and most of them has a beautiful sea view. We rebuilt these 2007 with comfort in mind. They are either Doubles with King Size bed or Twins. Special amenities include Skylight Bathroom with Shower (hot & cold water), Bathrobes and Slippers and Satellite TV.
Family Bungalow:
Detached house in garden, with 2 bedrooms, facilities as Deluxe Garden Bungalows.
Superior Beachfront Bungalow:
Wake up in the morning and take 10 steps and swim! This is what our Superior Beachfront Bungalows are – right on the beach! With own Beachfront Veranda! Special amenities include Bathroom with Shower (hot & cold water) and Satellite TV.
Superior Seaview Bungalow:
These bungalows are just steps away from the beach, with sea view. These are doubles with same facilities as Superior Beachfront Bungalows, Bathroom with Shower (hot & cold water) and Satellite TV.
Superior Garden Bungalow:
These bungalows are in lush garden, some of them with sea view, are also rebuilt 2007 to meet the needs of demanding customer. Skylight Bathroom w/Shower (hot & cold water) and private terrace for your comfort. Double bed or Twin beds

New Lapaz is simple and clean, with lovely staff who were helpful and kind. The room was simple, with tv, safe, air con, hairdryer and fridge. The room was cleaned reguarly and they would sweep out...
We all know that you get what you pay for in this life and this place just proves the point.
It is cheap and cheerful. There is nothing wrong with it that couldn't be put right with a bit of money...
