Scheduled Maintenance of New Star Beach Resort
New Star is affected again by the construction at next door property Vanna Bella Hotel (Starwood luxury Collection). Interior and exterior works including landscaping is undergoing and should be completed by June’12 instead of December 2011. According to the New Star noise and visual disturbance is low and the hotel tries to accommodate all guests, if available, on the other side (right hand side) of the resort.
According to the management as there is no noise or little noise disturbance no information were send to inform guests in advance. Working hours at the construction site: Mon-Sun (including Public Holiday) from 8am-6pm. the construction site is professionally shielded, therefore visual disturbance cannot really been seen and the sound of the construction is moderated as well.
