Welcome to your private beach paradise! Or, as we say in Thailand ‘sawadee’! You will find every modern comfort alongside traditionally warm and courteous service and, of course, one of the finest beaches in the world.
Our emphasis is on peace and privacy and you will find that every single bungalow and room enjoys its very own balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean or our tropical gardens.
Right on the beach is where you will find our genial restaurant. Leisurely breakfasts taste even better as you gaze on the sunlit ocean. Open until late the restaurant serves great classic dishes representing Thai and International cuisine. All lovingly prepared by our experienced chefs you will be tempted and delighted by fragrant aromas and taste sensations. By night you can experience all the thrills of a thousand stars overhead as you share a nice bottle of wine or holiday cocktails.
Swim in the pool, laze on recliners and read a good book, stroll along the white sandy beach. Perhaps your footsteps will lead you towards lively Chaweng Town. Pick up some souvenirs, stop by a bar or café and if you wish dance the night away. Soon your path will lead you back here to the tranquility of your own personal piece of paradise, the Seascape.

Koh Samui is known for it's white-sand beaches, deserted little coves, balmy waters, coconut plantations, rice paddies and more recently...tourism and nightlife. Located in the Gulf of Thailand, it is 84 kms. off the coast of Suratthani and about 560 Kms. south of Bangkok. Samui is the largest in a group of more than 80 tropical isles, many of them uninhabited. Samui is Thailand's third largest island, covering a total area of 247 kms. A mountain ridge runs east to west and most of the hinterlands are forested. The rich hues of wild vegetation are dappled throughout with coconut palms and emerald paddies. Besides fishing, coconut cultivation is the principal source of livelihood for the islanders. If you are looking to escape cold weather, the islands climate is tropical-warm throughout the year.
