We chose the Best Western for our first trip to Thailand as we felt we knew that we good get a good standard of service and accommodation. We weren't disappointed, in fact this is a great base and makes an excellent choice for anyone who wants a tropical paradise, peace and quiet but also wants to enjoy some of the bright lights & bustle of Chaweng too. Lovely room and the views from the Bayview have to be seen to be believed.

Fabulous! Thank you. We stayed in the honeymoon suite (it was actually our first anniversary). Room service is fantastic, I am pregnant and had some odd late night cravings for food but it was never a problem! Stunning, gorgeous views and I had a lovely, gentle head & shoulders massage which was just what I needed. All in all lovely. Lenny Dunwoody
Excellent standards at this hotel. We would come back for the views alone. Staff sorted out all our requirements for trips and car hire. Koh Samui is a fantastic island that we will return to and we would choose this hotel again. more hotel reviews...
